This busy family is looking for an experienced, professional and engaging Nanny to cover maternity leave. The Nanny would be part of a nanny team caring for one of three children ages 9, 7 & 4.

Overview
The Nanny would work on a 24 hour basis – 7 days on / off rota or on a retainer basis covering the team’s annual leave and any sickness.
The Nanny who joins this family needs to have a mature approach with experience working with children of similar ages. They need to be very happy to be flexible and able to adapt easily, ensuring that consistency of care for the children is never compromised.
The Nanny will need to have excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills – there is a lot of autonomy in the role and so it is essential that the Nanny is confident to work on their own initiative as well as working as part of the nanny team (each child has their own nanny) and alongside other staff members within the household.
A Nanny who has experience of working in a rota position previously is essential. This is a fully staffed household so the main focus is on caring for the children. During nursery / school hours the Nanny will be expected to keep up with administrative duties and planning for evenings, weekends and holidays.
The Nanny needs to be happy to travel as there is travel both to Europe and internationally during the school holidays. They will also need to be available to work abroad with the family over the Christmas period 2024 (but will not be required to work over New Year).
The family has 3 dogs.
