Down to earth informal family need a private and business PA to bring order to their chaotic lives. Working from their family home in West Hampstead 4 days per week and 1 from home. (Fridays) Parking available. The role has 3 main themes 1. Providing admin support for the wife’s fledgling but rapidly growing business. Data entry, creating documents, diary management. Ideally someone who can identify things that could be automated and improved and implement that or manage an external person to get these things in place. 2. Family PA duties booking and researching holidays, buying gifts, buying things the children need for school, managing childcare rota. 3.Provision of more traditional Business support for the Husband who is involved in the fast moving on-line arena-hectic diary , heavy communications support and general ad hoc project support.
Ideally you will have worked in a family home before, either as a PA or as a Nanny prior to your PA career- we would also welcome anyone who has worked with dyslexia or ADHD individuals and can understand and employ compassion at all times.
