The Ideal Candidate: Looking for a responsible person who is comfortable caring for my 3.5 year old daughter after preschool and driving older daughters to and from school/their appointments. There is some flexibility in schedule as both parents set their own schedules. Need someone who is also comfortable house sitting when out of town. The ideal candidate is mature, caring, and kind and committed. Responsible and safe driving is a must – owner takes very good care of the people she works with and would like a partner in running the household.

What Works Best for Family: They are a very active, busy household. Looking for someone who is not afraid to jump in, and who is responsible and accountable. There are 4 girls, so someone who is very comfortable with the girls and understand the dynamic of caring for and interacting with young women. Responsible and accountable are key.

Requested Duration: Looking for a long term solution as the youngest is 3.5 years old. Would prefer a minimum 1 year contract.

About the Family
