The Ideal Candidate:  You will be managing hskpers, summer home in South Hampton New york. ship summer clothes and coordinate with with vendors to make sure everthing is ready before thier arrival in the spring and the same for their Home in Palm beach in the Winter months.   Make sure each employed has directions , confirm completion of work , maintain all houses ., assign tasks for each employees , set up repairs, installations , and oversee completion on household issues . Schedule of Transfer vehicles from one location , oversee general maintenance of cars.  If you have to wait for the cable person, electrician or anyone else, someone who is ok staying until that person arrives. Someone who can take control of and over see that things are getting done at the property, gardening, make sure the home is well stocked at all times.

What Works Best for Family:  They own a horse farm in King George, Virginia and there are various buildings on the property. They are looking for someone who is highly motivated , a self starter . Looking for someone with a positive attitude and good attitude. Able to handle many tasks at once and used to things changing daily. For example If someone does not shoe up for work they are able to fill in or find a solution . A team player is very important.

Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: no housekeeping required, only keep the home organized
• Errands: Dry Cleaners; Post Office, pick up packages, send out packages, Etc.

Position Compensation

• Salary:  $75,000 to $85,000 a year  (DOE)
