Principal looking to find a Live In Personal Assistant for Boca Raton, Florida with flexibility to travel to Israel.
Are you a well-organized detail orientated person who is able to support, participate, and overall be very involved and hands on with the Principal’s (Mr.) various projects? You would act as the gatekeeper for the principal,
coordinating events, keeping track of all his memberships, donations, scheduling appointments/meetings, making sure invoices are paid and filed properly, keeping track of several properties, and keeping the Principal
in the loop with everything that is happening.
Principal is involved with politics/politicians, so confidentiality and discretion and ability to effectively and professionally communicate in this space is important.
The Principal is also looking for someone to step in as his health and wellness coach, no specific requirements are necessary. Ideally Principal is looking for someone to live-in and develop daily routine, such as starting the
morning right with a walk on beach or going to gym together, golf, swim, etc. (gym located on the same property) and help him make healthy choices by either cooking occasionally (simple, Kosher) or making sure healthy options (e.g. less sugary items, however, something healthy to try /snack on) are always available in the home.
This candidate must also be willing to travel overseas (Tel Aviv, Israel) for approx. 3-4 months to his second home.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have similar verifiable experience, willing to adhere to a background check and confidentiality
agreement
2. Must have valid and clean driver’s license
3. Valid passport and willing to travel and live overseas for 3-4 months
4. Proficient in Apple, Excel, and Outlook calendaring
5. Excellent and highly effective communicator both verbal and written
6. Highly organized, attentive to detail, ability to maintain a neat and tidy office
7. Take dictation (via typing, writing) and translate material and provide creative input
8. Willing and able to provide household management tasks such as light housekeeping, errands, household provisioning, occasionally light cooking
9. Committed to developing and adhering to a health and wellness routine with Principal
SCHEDULE
Open and flexible
Typically Monday through Friday, 7am-6pm, however incorporate keeping Principal on point on off days

Salary base on experience

DAILY TASKS/EXPECTATIONS:
– Office Administrative Tasks
– This role requires a very organized person in order to keep all the various projects, investments, etc. in a neat orderly fashion so at any point, information is easily accessible for Principal
– Constant emailing/phone calls on behalf of Principal
– Communicating updates to Principal daily and frequently
– Tracking expenses for various projects, and properties, and maintaining files
– Participating and collaborating on various projects/topics and actively be involved (e.g. provide feedback and suggestions)
– Calendar management/scheduling appointments (Outlook)
– Maintained all spreadsheets to keep track of expenses (Excel)
– Must be great with Apple & Excel
– Must take direction well
– Look into various subjects for context to relay to Principal
– Household Tasks
– Making sure the house is always stocked with household items: toiletries, healthy food choices, other
(e.g. lightbulbs, etc.)
– Light (basic) laundry
– Light refresh of spaces, do dishes etc.
– Call on vendors as needed, be attentive to things around the home that may not be working correctly
– Hosting/organizing political events
– Principal is looking for someone to guide him as a health coach (routine walks on the beach, guidance
in the gym located on the property, and assisting with making healthy food choices)
